What is Maximum Impact Training & Development Maximum Access Pass?
Maximum Impact Training and Development Maximum Access Pass is a "members only" program developed by Maximum Impact to give our customers a Simple, Relevant & Economical way to keep their professional skills sharp and to truly provide ROI for our member companies. The most exciting part of being a member is this:
- Choose any seminar(s) on the Maximum Access Pass course list (more courses being added regularly) register and attend—whenever you want, as often as you want, for 12/24 or 36 full months. It's truly unlimited training!
- Simple for companies to implement using the training needs assessment tool to ensure employees are only signing up for courses pre-approved by their supervisor to ensure time well spent and training relevant to career development or to fill the gap in the needs assessment completed by the employee and approved by the supervisor.
In addition, members enjoy amenities like a personalized training tracking, automatic pre-approval notices to supervisors when employee’s sign up for seminars, track an employee’s training history and more. Plus, members have access to archived audio webinars, great discounts on learning resources, books and more, up-to-the-minute video learning and a subscription to our e-newsletter that's full of skill-building tips you can use every day.
How is membership activated?
Once the number of employees who will be participating in the training is determined the company is invoiced a month in advance. Once this initial invoice is paid training is activated and the company is entitled to utilize the training and other member benefits.
What if one of my employees quits will I be charged?
No, you are only charged for employees in your employ. As with employee benefit plans once the first month is paid in advance an employee can come into your organization at anytime in the month and still make use of the training. The new employee will be invoiced on the next billing cycle. For example if the employee joins the company on September 13th and the company has already paid for September then the employee is free to make use of training however, the company will not be billed for that employee until the invoice for October 1st. This invoice is produced by September 15th and is expected to be paid no later than the last day of the month. Likewise an employee who leaves the company after the mid month billing cut off will not come off the invoice until the next billing cycle.
If one employee leaves and another is brought on then the billing would not change. Employee substitutions are allowed.
How do you ensure quality facilitation?
At Maximum Impact Training and Development all of our facilitators and faculty have gone through extensive screening and have years of experience in the adult education field. Further all facilitators have successfully completed the Maximum Impact Training & Development facilitators’ certification which specializes in adult learning methodologies, generational differences, communication and personality styles, leadership and coaching techniques. All facilitators are measured and continuously held accountable to the Maximum Impact Training & Development Profile of a Quality Facilitator and our Facilitator Rubic. Our facilitators remain accountable to you our clients and we encourage you to review the core competencies included in this documentation.
Will I be able to get a refund if I’m not happy with the Maximum Access Pass program?
We've structured the Maximum Access Pass program to be such an outstanding value (choose any seminar found on the site or have us develop one for you, register and attend whenever you want, as often as you want) that we don't anticipate you won't be pleased. However, if there's a reason you're unhappy with your membership, your membership fee is 100% refundable up to 90 days after activation of your account, provided you haven't attended any training during that 90 day period. Once any employee has attended training, your membership is non-refundable however a pro-rated refund will be provided if written cancellation with reason is received within 90 days of the signed contract for training services agreement. After 90 days no refunds or pro-rated refunds will be provided.
Our company can’t spare the man power to have people away for training. Can training be done to meet our specific schedule?
Yes, Maximum Impact Training & Development will work with your organization to provide training on or off site to meet your specific needs*. As long as a minimum of 10 participants will attend either from your company and/or from other companies as well we will hold the course. This is truly unlimited training and meant to be used!
*May be additional fees for training provided on Statutory Holidays and Weekends.
