Jamie MacDonald – Principal / Facilitator

Jamie MacDonald began his career as an Administration Officer with the Royal Bank of Canada. He moved into personal sales, joining a leading Canadian Life Insurer. He also launched a unique Canadian mutual fund company, being responsible for the recruiting, training and sales management portion of the business. He is well known as a dynamic and effective communicator, genuine in his care for people and his belief in the potential of each individual.

Doug Peat – Consult Executive

As an Executive Director for the Salvation Army, Doug was responsible for overseeing 4 locations and over 50 staff, including a federal halfway house, emergency shelters, street outreach, supportive housing a subsidized restaurant, and chaplaincy. During this time, his human resource skills, team development, program development, and managerial skills were key to his effectiveness. As Corporate Relations for Union Gospel Mission, Doug was able to double the donations in the areas of Corporations and Foundations and increase corporate involvement. Strategic analysis, organizational development and honed communication skills allow Doug to effectively assist in growing organizations.

Carol J. Sutton – Mediator / Facilitator

Carol J. Sutton Cert.ConRes. received a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in public relations from Boston University, College of Communications in 1972 and has provided service for a variety of national and international companies. In 1982 she earned accreditation (APR) by the Canadian Public Relations Society; in 2004 she was admitted to the CPRS College of Fellows. Carol holds two certificates in Conflict Resolution from Justice Institute of BC. As a partner in Maximum Impact Training and Development, she shares her knowledge and skills with clients who desire to develop their human and organizational capabilities through leadership, management, team-building and interpersonal initiatives.

Neal Diamond – Consult Executive

Neal is a passionate speaker, motivator, and business growth strategist. Over the past 20 years Neal has held key management roles with some of Canada’s largest organizations. He has also had the privilege of consulting with family run organziations. Whether a large company or a family business, Neal’s passion is to help companies better understand, and articulate what they need to do to grow – and develop practical solutions to lead the business successfully into the next phase or generation

Jonathon Hyjek – Webmaster / Web Marketing Consultant

Jonathon is the amazing Webmaster for all of Maximum Impact’s training initiatives, including the online training resource site, MaximumAccess.ca.  He provides technical oversight, guaranteeing search engine optimization supporting Maximum Impact’s marketing strategies.
As owner of Surge Web Marketing Strategies, Jonathon connects his clients to their customers through online marketing, optimization and social media engagement.  In today’s connected world Jonathon is key to his clients’ profitability through applying solid technology to communication strategies.
